About the Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll help create an outstanding experience for every patient while supporting them in finding the right vision solutions to suit their lifestyle and needs.

Your responsibilities will include

- Guiding patients in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their needs
- Providing advice on lens technologies, coatings,



and vision solutions
- Performing basic workshop tasks including adjustments, repairs, and quality control
- Managing appointments and supporting day-to-day administrative duties
- Handling stock management, banking, and reporting tasks
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional practice environment
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the patient journey

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Availability to work 3 days per week
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence engaging with patients both in person and over the phone
- A genuine passion for helping people
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Cert IV in Optical Dispensing (desirable but not essential)
- An interest in premium eyewear, style, and fashion
