Agrifutures is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver NDIS-funded services on a contractor basis. You will build and manage a local caseload 1–2 days per week, with autonomy to schedule visits and telehealth sessions. You will conduct functional assessments, develop practical treatment plans, and recommend assistive technology and home modifications. In-home and telehealth delivery offer versatile, client-centred care across Sydney regions.
