Your Key Functions Will Include (but not limited to!):
- Support Recruitment Manager in the coordination of Christmas Recruitment
- Support in the posting of ads (Seek/LinkedIn/Indeed) and closing once filled
- Support hiring managers through recruitment process by reviewing and shortlisting applications
- Conducting phone screens with active applicants
- Timely communication with candidates to schedule interviews or advise application outcomes,
always ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Maintain a consistent recruitment process standards across retail network
- Support in maintaining accuracy of recruitment reporting, vacancy tracking and candidate data
- File and maintain candidate database, including profiles, screens and additional notes
What You’ll Bring:
- Studying Human Resources and/or Business Management desirable
- Exposure to and experience working in a Retail environment
- Proven ability to develop relationships within the client base and across the business at a variety of levels
- Strong attention to detail competency with MS Office
- Honesty and Integrity
- Results Driven and Action Oriented
- Flexible with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing workplace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and a disciplined approach to deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
