Help us deliver early learning programs that support local communities and provide high‑quality education and care to children.
Our kindergarten in Geelong offers a creative program for 3 to 4 year‑olds and operates 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. You will support our team focused on nurturing children’s strengths, interests and social connections, and teaching values that reflect our small local community – kindness, resilience and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate engaging learning activities for 3‑to‑4 year‑olds.
- Support children’s social, emotional and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with educators to create a safe, nurturing and playful environment.
- Document child progress and communicate with parents and the broader team.
- Adhere to early childhood education standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority).
- Current National Child Safety Training and any applicable state‑based child safety training (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
- Prior experience working in a kindergarten and/or other early childhood service providing high‑quality care and educational services.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.
