About the role
This busy and vital role ensures effective staff rosters, allocating shifts and responding to scheduling needs with care and efficiency to drive continuity of care, and maintaining up-to-date and accurate data in our client and staff management systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service and collaborative teamwork.
About you
You’ll love a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment, using your solution focus and ability to stay calm under pressure. With an eye for detail, sense of urgency, proactive customer service mindset and strong cooperative approach, you'll bring empathy and energy. Your key experience will include:
- A Certificate III in Office Administration, Business, or equivalent (desirable)
- Rostering experience, ideally within aged care or community services
- Availability to participate in an on-call and weekend rotating roster
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suit and online system skills
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
