Senior Associate – Partners in Performance, Accenture

Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, is a global management consulting firm specializing in human performance. As a Senior Associate we work in teams to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help organisations overcome their biggest challenges.

Responsibilities

- Analyze complex problems and develop actionable recommendations.
- Work with clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to implement recommendations, ensuring rapid and sustainable results.
- Lead or support initiatives on process improvement, supply-chain optimisation and back-office transformation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to test, learn and adapt solutions.
- Deliver results that have a measurable impact on the client’s business.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree or MBA with a distinction average.
- Up to 6 years of commercial experience.
- Solid analytical skills and experience in applied analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and solid mathematical ability.
- Community, sporting or volunteering experience is welcome.
