An exciting opportunity for Hotel Concierge / Bell Captain has just become available. This role is vital to the first impressions of the hotel. As Hotel Concierge / Bell Captain, your responsibilities includes but not limited to:

- Meeting and greeting all guests at most courteous and productive service
- Have a detailed knowledge of what's on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements
- Promote facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards hotel’s total revenue targets
- Exceptional customer service goes without saying
- Live and breathe our brand standards, be the ambassador for our LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)
- A problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities
- Flexibility to work rotation roster including weekend and public holidays

About you:

- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Full NSW Drivers Licence, both Automatic and Manual
- Have full time work right in Australia
- Your behavioural qualities include being customer focused, proactive,
