Research Manager – Genesis Research Services

Genesis Research Services is a growing clinical research site dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical trials that advance healthcare and improve patient outcomes. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Research Manager to lead our operations, people, quality systems, and business growth initiatives.

About the Role

This senior leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the successful delivery of clinical trials while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, financial performance, and participant care.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all clinical research operations and site activities.
- Manage study start-up, site performance, sponsor relationships, and research portfolios.
- Negotiate study budgets and contracts and oversee site financial performance.
- Drive quality, governance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing research team.
- Oversee CTMS, operational systems, and business processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors,



CROs, investigators, and external stakeholders.

About You

- Previous leadership experience in clinical research, healthcare, or a regulated environment.
- Strong operational, financial, and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience managing quality systems, compliance requirements, and risk management.
- Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and drive results.
- Experience with CTMS platforms and clinical trial financial management.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, TGA, NHMRC, and clinical trial governance requirements.
- Experience in a Site Manager, Research Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Healthcare, nursing, science, business, or management qualifications.
