Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (AI Training) for a fully remote, hourly contract. You will work 10-40 hours/week on advanced AI reasoning problems, collaborating asynchronously with AI researchers and domain specialists to drive measurable improvements in model performance.
Qualified candidates hold a Master’s or PhD in a STEM field with a solid research record, clear scientific writing, and fluent English.
