Job Title – Senior Change Lead - Change Management / People Advisory
Job Location – Sydney, NSW

Role Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Lead to support a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. The role will act as Client’s onsite Change Management Lead, partnering with client leadership, business stakeholders and programme teams to drive change execution across Blueprint, Knowledge Transfer and early Guided Production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the overarching change, communication, trainings strategy and plan
- Execute the integrated Change Management strategy and plan.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and Change Agent activities.
- Detailed change impact assessments, facilitate business and change impact workshops.
- Drive change readiness, business readiness and adoption planning.
- Develop programme, leadership and reinforcement communications.
- Support training needs analysis and New Ways of Working enablement.
- Track change risks, dependencies, milestones and outcomes.
- Provide change status updates and executive reporting.
- Represent client as a trusted onsite advisor to the client.
Required Experience
- 8–12+ years of Organisational Change Management experience.
- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience leading change across large transformation, shared services, GBS, Finance or HR programmes.
- Proven capability in change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training and adoption.
- Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Retail or consumer industry experience.
- ERP, operating model, outsourcing or managed services transformation experience.
- PROSCI or equivalent Change Management certification.
