About The Role

DSi Professionals is seeking an experienced Integration Consultant to join our growing Sydney team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale ITSM and CRM transformation initiatives. This role will focus on designing and implementing integrations across service management platforms, CRM solutions, Microsoft 365 services, identity management systems, reporting platforms, and other enterprise applications. Working closely with clients, architects, business analysts and technical teams, you will help create unified digital operating models that improve service delivery, automation, governance and user experience. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through to implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and wants to work on high-profile transformation projects using modern Microsoft technologies and API-led architectures.

Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end integration solutions across ITSM, CRM and Microsoft ecosystems.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
- Develop integration strategies and technical design documentation.
- Define API, middleware and data integration patterns.
- Support the implementation of integrations between CRM, service management, Microsoft 365 and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers and project stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
- Contribute to data migration, workflow automation and reporting initiatives.




- Ensure integration solutions align with security, governance and compliance requirements.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, deployment and production support activities.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients and project teams.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years' experience in integration consulting, solution consulting or enterprise application delivery.
- Solid understanding of integration architecture and API-led design principles.
- Experience integrating CRM, ITSM or enterprise business applications.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, web services and modern integration frameworks.
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile and hybrid project delivery environments.

Desirable Skills

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Azure Integration Services.
- Microsoft Graph API.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- ITIL or IT Service Management experience.
- Data migration and reporting integration experience.
- Experience working within government, defence or highly regulated environments.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications.
