ABOUT THE ROLE This role will focus on delivering an AMAZING customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapport with regular customers, and recognizing loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.

Fashion team member will be the ambassador of our brand, modeling Ally Fashion values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty and Forever Evolving while ensuring that we are able to make every day a brighter day as a team! The Part‑Time Sales Assistant will be flexible to work a rotational weekend roster including late‑night trade and will be exposed to opportunities to work in a variety of areas such as the sales floor, front register, fitting room assistance, and in the store reserves. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, connecting and consulting with customers to drive the store’s sales results, maintaining in‑store visual merchandising, and supporting duties.

ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will genuinely love fashion, enjoy working in a quick‑paced environment,



work well under pressure, and have a passion for success. You will need to be proactive, hands‑on, and self‑driven; you will thrive when provided with challenges and work well either in a team or autonomously. You will also be an individual flair who lives by fashion inspirations and trends, have an eye for fashion styling, and desire to continuously exceed customers’ expectations.

Experience in retail (preferably fashion) would be an advantage.
