Tapes To Digital is seeking a talented Tech Junkie/Savvy Customer Service Person to join our growing team on a part-time basis. About the Role:

Flexible Hours: Manage your time around your full time job, working from the comfort of your home.

Tech-Savvy Work: Handle analog to digital conversions with provided equipment and support customers with tech-related queries.

Customer Interaction: Meet customers at your door, requiring excellent communication skills.

Equipment Provided: We supply everything you need to get started, from digital converters to software tools.

Tech Enthusiasts: You’re the person everyone turns to for tech advice, and you love it.

ABN Required: You must have an Australian Business Number (ABN) or willing to get one

Great Communicator: You can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people.

Proactive & Independent: You can solve problems independently and are a quick learner.

Transport:



You have a car and a valid driver's license.

Home Office Ready: You have a stable internet connection and enough space for equipment and are already working from home full time.
