The Role

As Parts Interpreter & Fulfilment Officer, you're the operational backbone between a customer's order and their fleet staying operational — a mix of logistics coordination, customer service and inventory sourcing.

You will

● Own local purchasing and machine-down critical parts ordering — 100% on-time fulfilment, no excuses

● Be the daily point of contact between customers and suppliers, keeping both moving





● Hunt down current suppliers and cost savings that give us an edge

Your Background

You'll bring a good knowledge of machine makes and models, ideally from heavy-duty, industrial, or mobile equipment environments. You may have worked as a:

● Parts Interpreter

● Customer Service or Account Manager

● Purchasing or Fulfilment Officer

● Operations or Order Processing Coordinator The common thread: you know how to source product fast enough that a customer's assets never sit idle waiting on parts.

You'll Fit Right In If You Have

● Strong knowledge of machines and servicing schedules

● Sound knowledge of competitor filter brands and distributors

● Experience sourcing compatible alternates to keep fulfilment on time

● A resourceful streak — you always find a way to get the part to the customer

● Experience collaborating closely with suppliers

● The communication skills to move seamlessly between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
