About your new role:
- Develop and deliver partnership and community engagement strategies.
- Build relationships with government, councils, schools, charities, community groups, and industry partners.
- Identify current partnership opportunities to increase participation and awareness.
- Manage community events, activations, and engagement programs.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to maximise campaign outcomes.
- Manage partnership budgets, monitor performance, and provide reporting.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three.
- Drive continuous improvement across partnership and community engagement initiatives.
About You
- Experience in Partnerships, Community Engagement,
Marketing, Communications, or Stakeholder Engagement.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering community programs, partnerships, or engagement initiatives.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Highly organised with excellent communication and project management skills.
