Plan and deliver sponsor benefits, including activations, branding, signage, contra arrangements, and commercial deliverables.

Collaborate other departments and stakeholders to integrate sponsorship requirements into event planning.

Manage sponsor assets, creative approvals, production schedules, and onsite branding requirements across competition areas.

Act as the primary sponsor contact during the event, overseeing bump-in, activations, issue resolution, and delivery of contracted benefits.

Prepare post-event reports, conduct sponsor review meetings, identify renewal opportunities, and capture learnings to improve future sponsorship outcomes.
