We’re looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to support our Hazelmere branch, working closely with the Parts, Service and Sales departments to deliver exceptional service and drive parts sales.

In this role, you’ll provide expert parts interpreting support, maintain strong inventory flow, and assist with warehouse functions to meet customer timeframes. You’ll also help build long‑term customer relationships and contribute to a culture that values safety, quality and teamwork.

About the role

- Making customers feel welcome and responding promptly to phone and counter enquiries.
- Ensuring customers receive the correct parts and technical information for their needs.
- Increasing and maximising sales of genuine parts and associated products such as coolant and oil.
- Monitoring customer back orders and providing timely updates to support sales outcomes.
- Building strong customer relationships and promoting the use of genuine parts.
- Assisting with inventory management, including stock monitoring, forecasting and order review.
- Participating in stocktakes and parts call‑outs as required.
- Using up‑selling and cross‑selling methods to promote new products and aftermarket lines.
- Supporting warehouse and stores functions to meet customer time imperatives.

About you

- High School Certificate
- Completion or in the process of completing a Certificate in Parts Interpreting (desirable) or equivalent industry training and/or experience.




- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a parts interpreting or related industry role.
- Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of internal combustion engines (essential) and automatic transmissions (preferred) or related automotive industry.
- Ability to read and interpret catalogues, bulletins and support literature.
- Understanding of parts warehousing principles.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook/Word/Excel)
- High Risk Forklift license desirable.
