About the role:

Parts Interpreter's role is to provide support to customers by assist them in identifying spare parts and processing parts sales.

This role requires a high level of customer service and a mechanical mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and complaint resolution.

Parts Interpreter is responsible:

- Accurate and timely communication with service technicians & workshop staff
- Supports the Sales & Business Development Managers
- Provide a high level of support to customers
- Identify spare parts and processing parts sales
- Provide strong customer relationship support

About You





- Previous experience in a similar role in a medium to large business.
- You will have robust communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisational skills

A solid foundation of literacy and numeracy skills and previous experience with ERP and computer systems ensures accurate data entry and customer communications. Why Join Us?
