About the Role
As part of our Parts Department, you will:
- Assist retail, trade and internal customers with parts enquiries
- Identify and interpret genuine automotive parts
- Process orders and quotations accurately
- Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy
- Work closely with the Service Department and workshop technicians
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day
- Learn and develop product knowledge of genuine parts and accessories
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator with attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience
We will consider:
Experienced Parts Interpreters
- Previous automotive parts interpreting experience preferred
- Experience with dealership systems is advantageous
Parts Apprentices / Entry-Level Applicants
- No prior parts experience required
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry
- A willingness to learn and build a long-term career
