ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Parts Interpreter at SVM Kia Artarmon, you'll play a vital role in identifying and sourcing the right parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting both customers and the workshop team. Your automotive knowledge and customer-first approach will ensure every interaction is efficient, accurate, and professional.

DUTIES

- Identify and supply correct vehicle parts using catalogues and systems.
- Source parts efficiently through internal databases and suppliers.
- Manage stock levels and maintain organised inventory.
- Process sales and handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and transactions.
- Provide advice on part compatibility to customers and technicians.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Customer service experience (automotive industry experience preferred).




- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Confident using computers and parts cataloguing systems.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and attitude.
- Valid NSW driver's licence required.
- Kia parts experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
