Payroll Officer We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Payroll Officer to support our growing national team. This full‑time, office‑based role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, supportive team while delivering exceptional payroll services to over 2,000 employees across Australia. What you’ll do - Process end‑to‑end payroll across multiple sites

- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and ETPs
- Calculate salary increases, back pays, and leave accruals
- Respond to payroll queries (Workday, email, phone)
- Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance teams
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
- Assist with reconciliations, payments, and reporting Qualifications - 1–2 years’ experience in a similar payroll role




- Knowledge of payroll legislation
- High level of attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday is desirable
