Wellways Australia Limited in Mackay, Queensland, is seeking a part time Peer Family Support Worker (30.4 hours per week) to support participants and families with community services and psycho-educational tools. The role involves facilitating peer groups, follow-up, advocacy, crisis support using lived experience, and contributing to program development.

Salary is SCHADS Level 3 ($40.49–$43.42 per hour) plus superannuation and salary packaging benefits, with comprehensive screening.
