Turnaround Staffing is a growing Australian workforce solutions business supporting clients across the warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and transport industries nationwide.

We're known for our fast service, supportive team culture and genuine commitment to both our clients and our workforce. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone to join our team and help support our payroll function.

The Role

As our Payroll Officer, you'll work alongside our management team to assist with the day-to-day payroll function for our temporary workforce across Australia.

This role is perfect for someone who has payroll experience and is looking to continue developing their career in a supportive, growing business.

Your Responsibilities ✅ Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

✅ Review and enter employee timesheets

✅ Assist with payroll queries from employees and clients





✅ Maintain employee payroll records and documentation

✅ Process new employee payroll information including bank, tax and super details

✅ Support payroll compliance and record keeping

✅ Assist with award interpretation and payroll calculations

✅ Help identify improvements to payroll processes

What We're Looking For

✔ Previous payroll or payroll administration experience

✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

✔ Confident using payroll systems and Microsoft Office

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Labour hire or temporary workforce payroll experience is highly regarded, but not essential

✔ Knowledge of Awards or payroll legislation is an advantage, but we're happy to provide further training for the right person
