high‑impact payroll setup initiative Key responsibilities - Assist with daily payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely processing - Support the onboarding of the recent payroll team and systems - Help troubleshoot payroll issues and minimise processing delays - Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll processes - Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and company policies Requirements - Proven payroll experience, ideally in busy or transitional environments - Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills - Ability to work on‑site full‑time during the project period - Good communication skills and team collaboration mindset - Demonstrated ability to support a payroll process under time constraints - Previous experience with payroll systems (ERP, SAP, or similar) is advantageous
