About the Organisation

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain payroll system configurations and ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and industrial agreements

- Manage payroll-related data uploads, timesheet processing, and bulk payment transactions

- Act as the subject matter expert for payroll systems, identifying opportunities for system and process improvements

- Support enterprise agreement pay increases, including data preparation and system implementation

- Produce payroll reports, data extracts, and insights to support payroll operations and stakeholders

- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of payroll and workforce data across multiple systems

The Ideal Candidate

- Must have 5+ years' experience as a Payroll Systems Lead, Payroll Systems Administrator,



or in an equivalent payroll systems position

- Mandatory experience with RosterOn and a strong understanding of payroll systems administration

- Strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and enterprise agreements

- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate, analyse, and report on large data sets

- Experience working with integrated HRIS and payroll platforms, with strong systems and reporting capability

- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
