Who we are

Since 2016, RESINC Solar & Batteries has grown into Australia’s #1 most popular solar installer (SunWiz, 2025), installing 100 systems a week across QLD, NSW, ACT and Victoria. We’re privately owned, triple ISO certified, and we give back to the community: solar for surf lifesaving clubs, support for veterans, schools and animal rescues.

The role A brand-new seat, reporting straight to the General Manager. You’ll own the whole employee journey the same way we own the customer journey:

- Grow the team ahead of the business: recruitment end to end through Zoho Recruit, from job ad to offer

- Make day one brilliant: onboarding in Zoho People where new starters arrive to a plan, a setup and a warm welcome, not a shrug

- Build the culture: recognition, team building and engagement across our office and field teams, the stuff that makes good people stay

- Own safety:



our WHS system and ISO 45001 obligations, because in our industry everyone goes home safe, every single day

- Open doors: training and development pathways in Zoho Learn so every role has a way up

- Keep us sharp: contracts, policies and records compliant, current and audit-ready

What You'll Bring

- Solid HR generalist or People & Culture experience across recruitment, onboarding and HR systems

- Working knowledge of WHS, ideally with ISO 45001 or similar safety management exposure

- Practical Fair Work and modern award know-how
- A natural coach who’s comfortable with straight, kind conversations

- A builder’s mindset: you’d rather create the playbook than inherit one
