About The Team

About The Opportunity
Reporting to the People Partnering Manager, you'll partner with leaders across a diverse client portfolio, providing practical, commercially focused people advice that supports high-performing teams and positive business outcomes. You'll work across the full employee lifecycle, coaching leaders through day to day people matters, supporting organisational change, and helping to build leadership capability across the business.
This is a true partnering role where you'll have the opportunity to influence decision-making, build trusted relationships and contribute to strategic People & Performance initiatives. Regional and interstate travel will be required to support leaders across your client groups.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Partner with leaders to provide proactive advice across the employee lifecycle.
- Coach and support leaders in performance management, conduct, grievances and workplace investigations.
- Provide guidance on employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, industrial instruments and People policies.
- Support organisational change, restructures and workforce planning initiatives.
- Build leadership capability through practical coaching and people management advice.
- Collaborate with specialist People teams to deliver consistent, high-quality people solutions.
- Identify workforce trends and opportunities to improve organisational capability and employee experience.
- Ensure people decisions are compliant, commercially sound and aligned with organisational objectives.

You'll be an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving complex people challenges and building trusted relationships. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can balance competing priorities and are passionate about delivering practical outcomes that support both people and the business.
You'll Also Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a Human Resources Advisory or People Partnering role within a complex organisation.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, awards and industrial relations.
- Experience managing employee relations matters, workplace investigations and organisational change.
- Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A cooperative approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capability.
