HYPOXI Performance Lead

Fernwood Fitness is Australia's leading women's fitness franchise network, and HYPOXI Australia is a core part of our growth strategy. We're looking for a commercially-minded, performance-driven leader to take the reins on HYPOXI's national performance in this newly created role.

About the role

This is a brand-new position supporting our HYPOXI structure, created to sharpen our focus on commercial outcomes across the network. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager and working closely with our Marketing and Sales teams, you'll be a driving force behind HYPOXI's national performance.

What you'll do

- Drive key HYPOXI performance metrics, including national member numbers and studio-level performance
- Drive national HYPOXI revenue targets
- Support strategies to improve HYPOXI attrition rates




- Champion the overall growth of HYPOXI as a core offering across the Fernwood network

About you

- A commercial mindset with a drive for performance and results
- Experience in a performance, sales, or commercial leadership role (HYPOXI or fitness industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
- Confident working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Comfortable owning KPIs and driving outcomes autonomously
