Would you like to be a part of the Family? We're looking for a full-time Performance Video Editor to join the Afends marketing team.

THE ROLE

This role is primarily focused on creating high-performing short-form video content for paid advertising across Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms. You'll work closely with our Digital, Brand and Creative teams to turn campaign footage, UGC and existing content into engaging advertisements that drive results.

While video editing is the core focus of the role, you'll also support the wider marketing team with digital design assets including website banners, EDM graphics, blog imagery and in-store signage.

This is an exciting chance for someone who loves both creative storytelling and performance marketing, and wants to play a key role in growing one of Australia's leading lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Video Editing (Primary Focus)

- Edit high-performing short-form video ads for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Produce engaging hooks, pacing and edits designed to maximise watch time and conversions.
- Turn campaign footage,



UGC and existing brand assets into performance-driven advertisements.
- Optimise content for different platforms, placements and aspect ratios.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to continually improve creative performance through testing and iteration.
- Organise and maintain the paid creative asset library.

Campaign & Brand Content
- Edit campaign films, launch videos and collection videos.
- Create website homepage videos and other digital content.
- Assist with filming campaign shoots and behind-the-scenes content when required.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.

Graphic Design Support Create supporting design assets including:
- Website banners
- EDM graphics
- Blog imagery
- Digital advertising graphics
- In-store signage and point-of-sale material
- Campaign support assets
- Other marketing collateral as required

ABOUT YOU

- Strong experience editing short-form video content.
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok creative best practices.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks and audience retention.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
