With a team of more than 80 professionals and support staff, the firm is recognised for its cooperative culture, client focus and commitment to excellence.

This newly appointed leadership position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Board and senior stakeholders while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a successful and growing organisation.

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the operational performance of the firm and translating strategic objectives into tangible outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading the firm's day-to-day operations across finance, people and culture, technology, administration and business support functions.
- Partnering closely with the Board and Shareholders to execute strategic initiatives.
- Driving operational efficiency, governance and business performance.
- Overseeing budgeting, financial management and reporting processes.
- Supporting and developing high-performing teams and leaders.
- Managing key external service providers and business partners.
- Contributing to board reporting, business planning and organisational growth initiatives.

About You





You are a commercially minded and people-focused leader who thrives in complex professional services environments.

You will bring:

- Senior management experience within a professional services, legal, accounting or consulting environment.
- Experience working directly with Boards, Partners, Directors or Shareholders.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting and business planning.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence across diverse personalities and viewpoints.
- A track record of driving operational improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
