We're looking for an organised, proactive Account Manager to join Collier Creative on a permanent, full-time basis - someone who can run client accounts and projects independently and knows a growth opportunity when they see one.

This role sits at the heart of our Account Management team, supporting our Account Director to manage and deliver client projects across all five of our service pillars: Advisory, Brand, Marketing, Digital and Investor Communications.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day management of a portfolio of client relationships - coordinating projects from brief to delivery, including budget management, invoicing, resourcing, timelines and communications.

You’ll work closely with the Account Director on strategy and proposals, and support our Project Coordinator with day-to-day workflow demands. You’ll also proactively identify new projects and sales opportunities within your client group.

What You'll Be Doing

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary day-to-day contact between clients and the Collier Creative team, operating independently on established accounts
- Manage client expectations and communications
- Brief projects into the studio and coordinate design teams through to project delivery
- Support the Account Director in preparing proposals and presentations

Business Development & Growth

- Proactively identify new project and sales opportunities within existing client accounts
- Spot where our five service pillars could solve a client need, and flag it to the Account Director
- Support scoping and pitching of identified opportunities

Project Management

- Independently project manage existing client work end-to-end - planning, budgeting, scheduling, QA and delivery
- Monitor milestones and troubleshoot issues to keep projects moving without close supervision
- Support the Project Coordinator with day-to-day workflow
- Monitor project budgets, timeframes and deadlines




- Flag budget risks and issues to the Account Director
- Manage purchase orders and client approvals for scope changes
- Contribute to monthly forecasting and revenue reporting

Quality Control

- Review all outputs for accuracy, quality and alignment with brief
- Maintain strong communication across teams and suppliers

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years experience in account or client management, within a creative or agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and projects independently
- A commercial instinct for spotting new project or growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working with tools like Zoho CRM, ClickUp and MS Office
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (nice to have)
