This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist succession law practice comprised of experienced Partners, Senior Associates, Associates, Lawyers, Graduates and dedicated support staff who practise exclusively in this area of law.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Estate Administration Lawyer (4+ years PAE) to join this highly regarded Wills & Estates team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to build strong relationships with clients during what is often a difficult and emotional period in their lives.
You will manage a varied estate administration practice and work closely with an experienced and supportive team of succession lawyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and assistance to clients across all aspects of estate administration
- Manage a diverse portfolio of estate administration matters across multiple jurisdictions (predominantly Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria)
- Prepare and manage applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration and other succession-related applications
- Advise executors and beneficiaries regarding estate administration issues
- Manage estate distributions, intestate estates and complex administration matters
- Maintain high standards of client service and communication throughout the life of each matter
- Build and maintain relationships with referrers and professional networks
About You
- Admission as a Lawyer in Queensland and/or New South Wales
- A minimum of 4 years' post-admission experience practising in succession and estate administration law
- Strong technical knowledge of estate administration and succession law
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
- The ability to effectively manage multiple matters and competing priorities
- Solid organisational and file management skills
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience using LEAP or similar practice management software (beneficial but not essential)
- A genuine desire to assist clients through challenging life circumstances

Location
This position is primarily based in Coolangatta, with the ability to work from home and their other office locations when required.
