Department for Education, Children and Young People (DECYP) Tasmania invites applications for Head of Operations to lead MSO2 ahead of its 2027 launch. Based in a north‑state school, you will shape the MSO's operational strategy and centralised services.
You will work with a CEO experienced in this model, drive efficiency, equity and scalability across the network, and support principals and teachers to focus on teaching and learning. A fixed-term contract applies during the trial phase.
