The Opportunity

We're representing one of Australia's leading engineering consultancies, recognised for delivering technically complex flood, drainage and water infrastructure projects across NSW and Nationally.

As an Associate Flood Engineer, you'll play a key role in leading project delivery, developing long-term client relationships and mentoring a highly capable team, while helping shape the future growth of an already successful business.

Project Exposure

You’ll lead a diverse range of projects including:

- Flood modelling and flood impact assessments
- Major transport and infrastructure projects
- Urban development and master-planned communities
- Stormwater management and drainage strategies
- Government and private sector developments
- Large multidisciplinary engineering projects

Looking for..





- Around 10+ years' experience within an Australian engineering consultancy
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification
- CPEng accreditation
- Membership with Engineers Australia
- Strong experience in flood modelling, drainage and water engineering
- Proven ability to lead medium to large multidisciplinary projects from proposal through to completion
- Experience preparing fee proposals, tenders, project programmes and managing project budgets
- Strong client relationship skills with the ability to develop and grow your own client base
- A passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers and designers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
