The Diocese of Parramatta is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of a diverse property portfolio across Western Sydney. This role demands commercial acumen and a track record in complex developments, from master planning to large-scale mixed-use schemes.

Reporting to the Head of Property Services, you will drive feasibility, approvals, procurement and construction, while coordinating with parishes, government agencies and external advisers.
