About the Role

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, build capability and improve employee engagement.

You'll play a key role in helping new employees integrate into the organisation, supporting leaders through organisational change, facilitating workshops, and using employee insights to continuously improve the employee experience.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by turning ideas into practical initiatives that influence how people work, collaborate and succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with leaders to strengthen organisational culture across the Northern Territory.
- Design and deliver practical culture and capability initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups and leadership sessions.
- Support leaders through organisational change and workforce growth.
- Help embed RFDS values and behaviours into the employee lifecycle.




- Analyse engagement and workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop practical resources, tools and frameworks that support leaders and employees.
- Contribute to diversity, inclusion and employee engagement initiatives.
- Build robust relationships across the organisation to influence positive change.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and influencing positive change. You're equally comfortable facilitating a workshop, partnering with leaders, analysing engagement data and developing practical solutions that improve organisational culture.

You’ll ideally bring experience in:

- Organisational development, culture or employee engagement.
- Leadership development or capability building.
- Workshop design and facilitation.
- Supporting organisational change or business transformation.
- Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Using employee feedback or workforce data to inform initiatives.
- Translating ideas into practical, sustainable outcomes.

You’ll also have excellent communication skills, strong facilitation ability and a collaborative approach to working across a diverse organisation.
