About the role Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.

- Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation)
- Social connection and companionship What do we need from you?
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification.
- Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
