About the Role As a Personal Care Worker, you will work collaboratively with our clinical and care teams to deliver high-quality personal care and support to residents. Reporting to the Team Leader or Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life through respectful, resident-focused care Key Responsibilities - Provide personal care, hygiene, grooming and oral care support - Assist residents with meals, mobility and activities of daily living - Support lifestyle and leisure activities that promote wellbeing - Observe, document and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing - Maintain accurate care documentation and records - Contribute to a safe, caring and positive environment for residents, families and colleagues - Work in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control requirements and TLC policies and procedures - Promote residents’ rights, dignity, choice and independence What You’ll Need - Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
