Perth Truck Sales Manager An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Truck Sales Manager to lead our On Highway sales team in Perth.

Reporting to the Head of National Truck Sales, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of Truck Sales Representatives while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction and market penetration across Western Australia. You'll play a key role in coaching your team, developing sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes while representing our world-class truck brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven leader who enjoys developing people, building customer relationships and delivering outstanding business results.

What will you do?

- Lead, coach and mentor the Perth Truck Sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow market penetration and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet, retail and key industry customers.
- Support the sales team with technical product knowledge and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Review sales performance, analyse results and implement initiatives to improve outcomes.
- Oversee customer quotations, pricing approvals and margin management.
- Manage truck stock levels and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure inventory meets business requirements.
- Ensure sold vehicles are prepared and delivered to the highest standard, providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Promote Penske and our premium truck brands through industry engagement and marketing initiatives.

About you:

- Previous leadership experience within truck, transport, heavy vehicle or related equipment sales.




- Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong understanding of the transport industry and heavy vehicle applications and advantage.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.
- Robust commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, pricing and profitability.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM and Quoting systems plus Microsoft Office products.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to identify new business opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
