Major Project Manager - HVAC Construction -Perth

Our client needs no introduction in the HVAC and Mechanical Services space. They are a robust business with an exceptional reputation and as impressive management team. With a healthy pipeline of work and projects currently underway, this business is looking to secure the services of a Proven major project manager that is looking to join a secure, family oriented business in the Perth Market.

The Role on Offer

Working with the Project director, your role will be to autonomously manage Mechanical projects from $10m upwards. Projects will vary from Education, Health, Datacenters and commercial projects. You will be able to work up and down the commercial project team ensuring that you have the resources at the right times to meet project deadlines and budgets.

The company is a family oriented business that doesnt hire just for the next project but hires people they can see being with the business for the next 20 years.





Selection Criteria To be successful in your application for this role you must possess:

- You will have a minimum of 5 years project management experience in the HVAC Construction Arena
- You will be able to produce evidence of project management of projects - minimum $5m
- You are enthusiastic and have strong communication skills
- You have high morale and ethical standards.
- You have experience managing direct labour with a Mechanical contractor.
- You ideally have an exceptional reputation in the perth market, candidates from other states will be considered
