As a pest control technician, you’ll be responsible for working with commercial and residential customers in and around the Parkes central west area to keep their premises pest-free.

Key responsibilities

Inspect buildings and the surrounding environment for signs of pest infestation or pests

Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate the pests;

Design and carry out a pest management plan

Apply suitable pest control methods such as setting of traps or baits to infested areas;

Drive Vehicles equipped with power spraying equipment.

At Rentokil Initial, we take care of the training, but what we do need from you is:

Valid Australian driver’s licence





As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks

Experience working independently to achieve set targets

Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both verbally and in writing

Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet

Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships
