Australia Post in Cairns is hiring a permanent, full‑time Mail Officer at the Cairns Delivery Centre. You will rotate Sundays to Fridays, 6am to midnight, about 7.5 hours per shift, and must be available for any shift time. You will sort mail and parcels by hand, lift heavy items up to 16 kg, assist with loading/unloading trucks, and work around machinery with training. Training and progression support are provided by the team.
