The Opportunity

• Full-time position shared between Surrey Downs Physio and Modbury Physio.
- Predominantly private caseload with some DVA, My Aged Care, EPC, compensable and NDIS clients.
- Dedicated rehabilitation gyms at both clinics to support evidence-based exercise rehabilitation.

Who We're Looking For

This position is not suitable for new graduates.



You will have at least two years' clinical experience and be comfortable managing a varied private practice caseload independently. While you'll enjoy working within a supportive team, you'll also have the confidence to work autonomously when required.

We're particularly looking for someone with:

- Excellent hands-on treatment skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning.
- Outstanding rehabilitation and exercise prescription skills.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building ability.
- Full AHPRA registration and permanent residency.

We'll Help You Build a Busy Caseload

Some clinics expect you to build your own caseload. We actively help you do it.

We're investing heavily in attracting new patients through a completely rebuilt website, targeted SEO, expanded digital advertising and ongoing community engagement.

Technical skills can be developed. Character is much harder to teach.

The Practical Elements

This role includes regular late evening finishes on weeknights, regular Saturday morning work, some basic administration (rebooking patients, taking payments and emailing), and working with modern systems including Cliniko, Halth, Physitrack, Tyro-Medipass and AI platforms.
