The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience preparing, handling, and stretching Lebanese dough.
- Solid knowledge of traditional Lebanese manoush and bakery products.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced commercial bakery.
- High standards of cleanliness, consistency, and quality.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team.
