What you will be doing
We are looking for a Supervisors in our Planned Activity Group (PAG) Team on a part-time basis for our Hughesdale Planned Activity Group. Reporting to the PAG Team Leader, the responsibilities include:
- Supervising staff including community care workers, cooks and volunteers
- Observe, mentor and develop staff
- Deliver PAG program activities using a client-focused approach that aims for the best outcomes for participants and PRONIA

The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluency in the Greek and English language.
- Well-developed written and oral skills and proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, or willingness to enrol shortly after being employed.
- Current certificates in First Aid and CPR,
or willingness to complete the course.
- Current driver license and access to own vehicle.
- Undergo national police record check
