Overview Full-time role with flexible work options in the heart of Preston. Approx. $111,867 plus super (Band 7). This position is part of the City Development department, supporting planning, building, and health teams to transform and maintain digital regulatory systems.

Responsibilities You will

- Help colleagues understand system features and provide solutions to improve their jobs.
- Review feedback and identify ways to improve the customer experience.
- Manage and configure systems, particularly the Pathway system, and provide technical support to resolve incidents and problems.
- Help lift digital literacy and skills of team members.
- Support roll‑out of the QMS framework to enable ongoing improvements.
- Play an active part in the council’s multi‑million dollar ERP transition project. About you - Customer‑focused and service‑oriented – ability to build positive relationships, understand business needs, and provide responsive ICT support.
- Strong technical skills – passion for maximising system value and technology.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills – investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.

and deliver user training.
