Plant Operator Labourer - Works & Services (Casual)
Level 2 - $44.83 per hour (Including leave loading) + 12% Superannuation
The Role
In this casual role, you'll be instrumental in delivering maintenance services across the town, handling road maintenance, drainage, and other essential infrastructure projects. You will safely operate and maintain a range of plant equipment, which may include graders, loaders, and skid steers-while ensuring all gear, including personal protective equipment, is used correctly in line with manufacturer instructions and our internal safety procedures.
Don't have all the tickets yet? We'll train you. Successful applicants can gain additional licences, including Loader and Excavator tickets after a 6-month probation is complete. If you're motivated and keen to grow, you'll fit right in.
This role offers a great mix of plant operation and hands-on labour-perfect for hardworking team players who like variety.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Current HR class drivers licence
- Experience in plant and equipment such as skid steer, front end loaders, and excavators (including appropriate licences/tickets)
- White Card
- National Police Clearance
- Rights to work in Australia
