With projects ranging from retail developments through to complex commercial and industrial facilities, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The Role

Reporting directly to the Director, you will manage multiple commercial plumbing projects from commencement through to completion. You'll work closely with our Project Managers, Foremen, Estimators, Design team and Office staff to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple commercial plumbing projects simultaneously.
- Lead and support Foremen, Tradesmen and Apprentices.
- Develop project programmes and construction methodologies.
- Monitor budgets, variations, procurement and project profitability.
- Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractors.
- Build strong relationships with builders, consultants and clients.
- Attend site meetings and represent Instyle Plumbing professionally.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage quality assurance, inspections and project compliance.
- Review hydraulic drawings and coordinate design changes.
- Forecast labour requirements and assist with resource planning.




- Identify risks early and implement practical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery.

About You

You are organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership.

You'll ideally have

- Previous experience managing commercial plumbing projects.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic services and commercial construction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial awareness including budgets, forecasting and variations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Experience with the following would be highly regarded:
- SimPro
- Procore
- Microsoft Project
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Office Suite
