Symal Infrastructure seeks an experienced Civil Supervisor – Earthworks for a landmark wind farm project in Northern Queensland. You will lead bulk earthworks crews, oversee heavy plant operations, and manage subcontractors to deliver safety, quality and program milestones.
You will coordinate excavation, cut/fill, road formation, drainage, and civil works, while driving productivity and mentoring site personnel. FIFO 2/1 roster with accommodation, meals, flights and 30% uplift are provided.
