What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting into the Senior Team, you’ll be working on the end-to-end delivery of projects - from Concept through to Completion. That means:
- Driving our Design process for the business' F&B; and Commercial Portfolio,
- Preparing Full documentation packages for Construction and Tender,
- Managing Subconsultants
- Managing the Tender Process,
- Navigating Planning and Building permits,
- Managing Projects in office and coordinating with Builders,
- Balancing creativity with practical delivery in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Design,
with a strong portfolio of F&B;/Commercial work
- Proficiency in Revit and Lumion (non-negotiable)
- Strong understanding of Documentation, Detailing, Construction methods, and Local Codes
- Experience with the Full Project Lifecycle - including Planning and Building Permit processes, Managing Subconsultants, Builders and Clients
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Driver's Licence
- A strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
